With years of experience in event bar service, we’ve developed the expertise to anticipate and provide everything you could need before you even think to ask. Our all-inclusive package covers all the essentials required to execute a seamless bar experience from start to finish. This includes (but isn’t limited to) the leather apron aesthetic with our handcrafted metal bars, organic made-in-house syrups for your specialty cocktails, alcohol, ice, glassware, napkins, straws, dehydrated and fresh garnishes, and a full selection of non-alcoholic mixers like Coca-Cola products and juices. Our goal is simple: one price, no surprises, and a fully taken-care-of bar so you can focus on enjoying your event.

After we receive your inquiry, we’ll send you a brochure with our pricing and packages. Once you have an idea of which package you’d like, we’ll build you a proposal with all your event details. Then, you can sign and pay directly on the proposal when you are satisfied with your package. Once we receive a signed contract and a 50% deposit, your event is booked with Oak & Olive!

You are more than welcome to make changes to your bar package until 14 days prior to your event. All changes made to your bar package will be reflected in your final payment which is due 14 days prior to your event.

In the event of our clients needing to cancel an event, we do offer a full refund minus the Admin Fee of any monies paid toward your event up to 60 days prior to your event. 

Final Payment is due no later than 14 days prior to your event after we receive your final guest count. All changes made to your bar package will be reflected in your final payment. If your payment is received after this date and within 1-14 days of your event, we add an additional late fee to the final invoice total.

We accept Bank Account, Debit and Credit Card, and Google Pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

No, we are very transparent in our pricing. We offer you a price-per-guest fee based on your Estimated Guest Attendance and your selected package of choice. We add an admin fee to the subtotal of your package. Gratuity is optional and taxes are included.

As a general rule, Oak & Olive does not keep tip jars on the bar. Should you want tip jars on the bar, please notify your Event Specialist.

Our packages start at 3 hours of bar service. You can purchase more hours of bar service if you’d like.

We charge $7 per non-drinker. We provide Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Grenadine, Water as non-alcoholic options at the bar.
